Weekly Cleaning and Chemical Service: Pool Only
Starting at $79.00/month plus chemicals
Weekly Pool Cleaning
1. Rinse the deck area around the pool.
2. Check and adjust water chemistry.
3. Skim pool surface, vacuum pool bottom, brush pool walls.
4. Empty all baskets skimmer/pump, backwash filter, load chemical feeders.
5. Check and inspect equipment.

Starting at $85.00/month plus chemicals

Chemical Service Only
Starting at $45.00/month plus chemicals
Administer chemicals to balance water only.

Twice per Month Cleaning & Chemical
Starting at $55.00/month plus chemicals
Pool Cleaning Twice per Month
1. Rinse the deck area around the pool.
2. Check and adjust water chemistry.
3. Skim pool surface, vacuum pool bottom, brush pool walls.
4. Empty all baskets skimmer/pump, backwash filter, load chemical feeders.
5. Check and inspect equipment.

DE Service
$120.00 plus parts and materials
Disassemble DE filter and grid assembly. Clean and inspect grids and manifold. Reassemble grid assembly and filter. Pressure test and charge with DE. Lube circulation system. Replace parts as needed. (Usually new grids are needed.)

Cartridge Filter Cleaning
$85.00 plus parts and materials.
Disassemble cartridge filter. Clean and inspect cartridge. Replace parts as needed.

Lube Backwash Valve
$25.00
Disassemble backwash valve and apply silicon lubricant. Reassemble.

Water Change (Pool Drain)
$150.00 plus chemicals as needed
Change water in swimming pool. Service includes draining pool, rinsing interior surfaces, priming and starting pump when full, administering start-up chemicals, and balancing water.

Water Change (Pool & Spa Drain)
$185.00 plus chemicals as needed.
Change water in swimming pool and spa. Service includes draining pool and spa, rinsing interior surfaces, priming and starting pump when full, administering start-up chemicals, and balancing water.

Acid Wash
$150.00
Scour and scrub interior of pool with acid. Rinse pool and brush again.

Chlorine Wash
$150.00
Scour and scrub interior of pool with chlorine. Rinse pool and brush again.

Tile Clean
Starting at $200.00
Shot-blast tiles to remove calcium build-up.

Inlet/Outlet Pipes
$70.00
Remove inlet and outlet pipes. Install new pipes and insure they are working properly.

Pump Replacement
$95.00 plus parts and materials
Remove old pump. Replace inlet and outlet pipes. Install new pump.

Start-Up
$65.00
Start-up cleaning needed to prepare pool for weekly service and use. Clean pool and administer chemicals. Check the filter system to be certain it is running properly.

Light Change
$120.00 plus parts and materials
Remove pool light fitting; replace seal and bulb; reinstall new working light in pool.

Brushing
Starting at $100.00
Brush all sides of pool, backwash, and repeat for 7 days.

Orientation
$65.00
Pool service orientation. Explain workings of pool pump, vacuum, filter, and timer.

Inspection
$65.00
Inspect pool/spa, pump vacuum, filter, & heater. Confirm correct pressure in pipes. Verify there are no leaks at pool’s lip. Insure all is in working condition and ready for regular use.

Heater Install
$90.00
Remove old heater and install new.
